Staffing Solutions - ApproachThe following is a short list of attributes that make our approach to staffing solutions a success: Our Recruiting Team - Glenture has assembled an impressive team of experienced recruiters, each with a minimum of 10 years experience supporting IT staffing needs. Over the duration of their careers they have built extensive, complex array of professional networks comprised of colleagues, referrals, and other candidates disciplined in various technical and functional skills. Candidate Screening - We employ a combination of proactive and reactive recruiting and screening measures to locate the most qualified talent in a timely manner. We personally interview and validate all references for each candidate. Frequently, the consultants from our solutions consulting business help technically screen candidates to confirm knowledge of required skills and to ensure the candidate is a good fit. Evaluation & Placement - We never submit stacks of resumes obtained from internet job boards. At Glenture, we personally meet each candidate to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. For most engagements, we will provide up to two qualified candidates for each position. We will coordinate as many interviews as necessary to accommodate your organization’s on-boarding process. Account Service: Beyond the Placement - Glenture remains engaged beyond the initial placement of resources to ensure client and consultant satisfaction. We take a very hands-on approach to building and maintaining relationships with our customers and consultants throughout their project lifecycle. Our consultants receive a call from one of our recruiters every two weeks, followed by a face-to-face meeting at least once per quarterly. Our customers receive regular follow up at a frequency that is appropriate for client expectations. |
