SAP Business User Road-mapped Services

Upon the completion of the acquisition of OutlookSoft and BusinessObjects, SAP had a portfolio containing multiple Planning/Budgeting and Consolidations tools.  In early 2009, SAP released a product Roadmap defining the confluence of those product strings into a go-forward strategy.  Simplifying that roadmap significantly, the SAP answer was to migrate users away from most of these legacy packages onto the SAP BPC application for Budgeting/Planning/Forecasting or Consolidations applications.

To this end, Glenture has been a leading partner in assisting the user-base of these legacy tools in that conversion.  Most significantly, Glenture has been nominated for SAP’s Best Run Now program in migrating SAP SRC clients onto the BPC platform.

Glenture has several former certified SRC consultants on staff.  These individuals have been cross-trained to BPC and are the linchpin of our efforts in this space.
